Payments for the remainder of the course will be due in three equal installments unless other arrangements have been made. Please see the cancellation policy below.

** Cancellation Policy: Please submit any cancellation requests in writing. If you cancel more than 45 days before the training begins, all but $800 will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, no refunds are possible unless someone is available to take your place in the program. If someone is available, all will be refunded except for the deposit. If the event needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseeable circumstances (for example, Covid), a credit will be issued to the student to choose from for the next two trainings offered by Victoria Johnson Coaching and Training Academy.

Step into the extraordinary realm of Heal Your Life® Workshop Teacher and Life Coach Training in beautiful Banff, Alberta, Canada! It is with great joy that we extend a warm welcome to you. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience amidst the majestic beauty of Banff.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming retreat from April 23 to May 3, 2024. We are delighted that you've recognized the personal value in Louise Hay's work and embraced the desire to share it by leading workshops and coaching others. Joining you will be an exceptional group of individuals, while our dedicated team eagerly anticipates guiding you through this remarkable journey of transformation and growth.

Arrival and Departure:

To embark on this immersive training program, your presence is required for all sessions to receive your well-deserved certificate. Our journey commences at 4 pm on April 23, 2024, with the opening circle and orientation. Please ensure your arrival at the hotel by mid-afternoon on April 23rd, and we kindly request that you plan your departure for May 3rd or later. Taking a few extra days in Banff post-training offers an opportunity to absorb the wisdom gained, unwind, and revel in the quaint charm and awe-inspiring scenery. You may secure additional nights at the hotel directly at a reduced group rate using a special code that will be provided to you closer to the event.

For those traveling by air, we recommend flying into Calgary International Airport (YYC). The Banff Airport Shuttle is available for transportation from the airport to The Juniper Hotel, our splendid retreat location. Remember to use the coupon code "TRAINING" when booking your shuttle ride to enjoy a 15% discount. More information can be found at www.banffairporter.com.

If you opt for a scenic drive from Calgary Airport, follow these directions:

Depart Calgary International Airport and turn left at the first traffic light onto Barlow Trail North.
Take your first left onto Airport Trail NE.
After approximately 3 kilometers, turn right onto Deerfoot Trail North (also Highway 2 North).
Approximately 8 kilometers later, take the exit on your right onto Stoney Trail West.
Continue along Stoney Trail West until you reach Highway 1 at the west end of Calgary.
Follow Highway 1 West towards the mesmerizing mountains for approximately 90 kilometers, passing through the town of Canmore.
At the Banff National Park gates, obtain a valid park pass.
After passing through the park gates, continue on Highway 1 West.
Take the second exit into Banff, known as Banff/Mount Norquay.
Upon exiting, turn right and then take your first left onto the secluded Juniper Way. After a short drive, you will find yourself at your destination.
Proceed to the main entrance for registration and parking information. Complimentary parking is available at the property.

Your Training Retreat Accommodation:

Prepare to be captivated by the charm of The Juniper Hotel, nestled amidst the awe-inspiring landscapes of Banff, Alberta, Canada. The address of this haven is #1 Juniper Way. To ensure a seamless stay, we will handle your hotel reservation for April 23rd through May 2nd. If you wish to extend your stay before or after the event, kindly contact the hotel directly and mention that you are part of the Victoria Johnson Wellness Inc. / Heal Your Life training group to secure a reduced rate. We will provide you with our group ID for the hotel closer to the training. For inquiries or reservations, reach out to the hotel at 1-866-551-2281 or send an email to info@thejuniper.com.

You will enjoy experiencing a comfortable and individualized hotel room during your stay. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm; however, you may request an early check-in if you arrive earlier than expected.

Embrace the Climate and Pack Accordingly:

During your stay in April/May, anticipate mild daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. The refreshing spring weather is simply delightful! While the meeting room may be cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or wrap for added comfort. Considering the variable climate, we encourage you to check the weather forecast online to assist you in planning your wardrobe. Rest assured, we will have extra wraps available should you require them.

Essentials to Pack:

As you prepare for this transformative experience, we kindly request that you bring the following items:

A journal for your personal reflections and insights
Sufficient space in your suitcase to accommodate two new manuals and handouts
Comfortable walking shoes for leisurely strolls amidst the picturesque surroundings
A wind jacket for windy adventures along the river if you so choose

Pre-Assignments and Recommended Reading:

In preparation for the training, we strongly encourage you to complete the following tasks:

• Review the inspiring book, "You Can Heal Your Life," penned by the visionary Louise Hay

• Engage in several exercises from the empowering "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life" workbook. Bringing the workbook along with you during the training will greatly enhance your learning experience. Alternatively, completing the workbook is unnecessary if you are participating in the online Heal Your Life learning portal (a gift from us). We will provide you with the link for the learning portal closer to the training retreat.

Additionally, we recommend delving into the following empowering readings:

• "The Power is Within You" by Louise Hay

• "Ordering From the Cosmic Kitchen" (you will receive this as a PDF)

Licensing and Liability Insurance:

During the training, we will work together to complete your mandatory registration into the Hay House Inc. licensing program. This extension of our training arose in 2009 when Hay House Inc. trademarked "You Can Heal Your Life®" and "Heal Your Life®," granting us and our trainees an exclusive right to use these powerful names. Acquiring certification and licensing adds a substantial level of professionalism for each HYL workshop teacher and coach. The licensing fee amounts to USD 99 annually, which includes a complimentary workshop for you to instruct others. Licensing is compulsory to enhance your journey.

Furthermore, as per Hay House's requirements, liability insurance is necessary for all licensees in Canada and the US. We have procured an exceptional policy that covers personal and professional liability for only USD 150.

Payments and Communication:

Your queries and concerns hold utmost importance to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way. For swift responses, we recommend contacting us via email, as we find it the most effective means of communication. Emails allow us to organize your messages in one central location, facilitating prompt replies and efficient tracking of our correspondence. In the coming weeks, we will create a WhatsApp group to aid with seamless communication throughout the training and beyond. Additionally, we will schedule pre-training Zoom meetings to help us connect before our empowering journey commences.

After making your deposit of $995 to secure your spot at the training, to settle your balance, kindly arrange three equal installments, with payment due on January 15th, February 15th, and March 15th, 2024. These installments can be made directly on the invoice provided or through alternative modes such as PayPal, e-transfer, or credit card payment over the phone. Should you require any adjustments to the payment schedule, please send us an email. We are committed to ensuring open and effective communication regarding payment matters. Please let us know if you wish to pay in full upon registration to the training retreat.
