This is a comprehensive training that advances you to a level far more in-depth than other non-experiential trainings.

The action-packed training includes personal growth, skills, tools development, and extensive marketing plans. We help you learn to understand yourself on a deeper level and to communicate with others more effectively. Each day is fully utilized as this is comprehensive training. I want you to be fully equipped for whatever situation you wish to coach in.

I cover the history and social context of coaching, including what it has evolved into today. Although my team and I train you on Heal Your Life® Coaching, we ensure that you have the tools and practice necessary to be able to leave the training and coach on whatever your area of passion is. People often choose to specialize in a more specific niche, such as relationships, health, recovery, and so on. We help with all of that – all with a strong Heal Your Life® foundation.

Because you will have already trained to be a Heal Your Life® Teacher, those skills cross over as well. You are starting your coach training as an evolved person who understands the foundation of our work, learning to love ourselves and how to manage feelings and emotions in a healthy way, freeing ourselves to forgive and learn so that we can live the life we desire and help our clients to do the same.

We will cover multiple training sessions where you will be the “coach trainee,” and others where you will be “coached.” This gives you several hours of real-life scenarios to work with. We spend time continuing to work on your personal growth, mind-body connection, and increasing your trust in your abilities. At the end of each segment, we debrief to find out what was working for you and situations where you may need to look at other ways of saying/doing things.

We study personality tendencies so that we can understand our own communication styles and communicate more effectively with others. This is a very informative time, and many laughs are shared as we recognize what makes us the way we are.

The training includes marketing and a custom-designed strategy co-created between us so that you can leave the training and begin coaching the next day. I honour your growth at our closing circle and continue to support you for months and years after the training through emails, webinars, and phone calls.
